CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Williams Bay was called to order by President Weyhrauch at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at the Village Hall. Upon roll call the following were:
Present: D’Alessandro, Grove, Chroust, Roth, Gage, Parker and Weyhrauch
Absent:
Quorum Present
Administrative Staff Present: Village Treasurer Robert Carlson, Police Chief Robert Pruessing
Citizens and Guests: See attached list
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Roth made a motion to amend the minutes of December 17, 2007 clarifying the dates of the 2008 Farmer’s Market. The dates shall be as followed: Friday, August 15, 2008, Friday, August 22, 2008, Friday, August 29, 2008, Friday, September 5, 2008, Friday, September 12, 2008, and Friday, September 19, 2008. This motion was seconded by Jim D’Alessandro. There was a motion to approve the amended minutes as printed and distributed for the December 17, 2007 meeting by Gage and seconded by Parker. The motion was carried unanimously by those present.

Parker made a motion to approve bills in the amount of $132,259.
December, 2007 ($102,104.34 – Check #’s 50189 – 50249)
January, 2008 ($30,155.53 – Check #’s 50250 – 50270).
Grove seconded the motion and was carried unanimously by those present.

PRESIDENT’S REMARKS
1) President Weyhrauch asked if the audience would like to address the Board. A compliment was paid to the Street and Highway Department about the snow plowing efforts.
2) No other items of business were presented.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
BUILDING, ZONING & ORDINANCE – Trustee Grove said as reported by the Building Inspector, David Henson for December, there were 9 permits issued in the Village for an estimated cost of $77,794 with fees collected of $1885.00. There were no ETZ permits issued.
WATER & SEWER – Trustee Roth had nothing to report.
STREETS & HIGHWAYS – Trustee Chroust had nothing to report.
PARKS & LAKEFRONT – Trustee D’Alessandro had nothing to report.
