CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Williams Bay was called to order by President Weyhrauch at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room at the Village Hall. Upon roll call the following were
Present: President Weyhrauch, Trustees: Chroust, D’Alessandro, Gage, Grove, Parker and Roth

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Roth made a motion to approve the minutes of April 21, 2008 as printed and distributed for the
April 21, 2008 meeting. The motion was seconded by Trustee Gage. The motion was carried unanimously by those present.
Motion Carried
Trustee Parker made a motion to approve bills in the amount of $70,622.73
Check #’s (50797 – 50842)
Grove seconded the motion and was carried unanimously by those present.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Ann Becker commented on the 100 year Anniversary of the first Open House of the Library which was held on May 15, 1908.
PRESIDENT’S REMARKS
President Wehyrauch will schedule a re-organizational meeting for the Village Board Meeting on May 19, 2008.
The Community Church of Fontana requested the Lions Field House fee to be waived for the Annual Crop walk being held on Oct 12, 2008. President Wehyrauch entertained a motion to waive the fee. Trustee Grove moved to waive the fee. Trustee Roth seconded the motion.

President Weyhrauch read the Proclamation for the Municipal Clerk Week. (May 4 – May 10, 2008)
President Weyhrauch commented on the information received from the Geneva Lake Environmental Agency.
A Clean Boats/Clean Water Work shop will be held in Fontana.

26 Permits Issued. Permit Fees = $10,700.80 Estimated Costs = $1,392.770.00
ETZ Zoning Permits – 2 @ $160.00 = $320.00, WBZ Permits – 2 @ $100.00 = $200.00
WATER & SEWER – Trustee Roth – No Report
STREETS & HIGHWAYS – Trustee Chroust - No Report
PARKS & LAKEFRONT – Trustee D’Alessandro – No Report
PROTECTIVE SERVICES – Trustee Gage
1) Trustee Gage moved to approve the Original Operators License for Betty Norton/Bell’s Store. Trustee
Chroust seconded the motion. All Aye.

Public Comments
Judy Johnson expressed gratitude to Jerry Mehring for painting the trash receptacles. Ms. Johnson would like to see more descript information on the agendas in the future.
President Weyhrauch adjourned the meeting at 7:12pm
