LEAF COLLECTION

Each year in April and November, the Village will vacuum your leaves, at no cost to you, instead of burning or bagging them. You do not have to make an appointment to have your leaves picked up by the Village. This service does not include raking of leaves.

You will have to rake them and bring them out to the street. If you have any questions about this service, please call the Village Hall at 262-245-2700.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR LEAF COLLECTION PROGRAM

1) When placing your leaves by the roadside, put them right up next to the road in a long row rather than a big pile.

2) No bags.

3) No ashes (do not try to burn them if you wish the Village to vacuum).

4) Absolutely no branches. To get rid of branches and sticks, please use the Village's Tuesday chipping program.

5) Leaves must be brought to the roadside. The Village will not collect leaves from private driveways or alleys.

6) Remember, the Village may refuse to pick up your leaves if these conditions are not met.

7) This service is NOT intended for businesses or multi-family units.
