VILLAGE OF WILLIAMS BAY RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY REGISTRATION

Pursuant to Williams Bay Village Board action on July 17, 2002, Ordinance 16.07 was adopted requiring the annual registration and inspection of all residential rental property within the Village of Williams Bay. Inspections of not less than once per year must be done no later than May 31st of each year. Contact Jerry Anderson at 262-245-2704 for full details.

RENTAL PROPERTY - WATER & SEWER

According to Wisconsin State Statutes, unpaid water and sewer charges incurred by renters, stay with the property, become a lien against the property and are the responsibility of the homeowner. These unpaid charges will be placed once a year on the tax roll for collection along with a ten percent surcharge. Before any amount is placed on the tax roll for collection, you will be notified in writing (usually in November).
