What is a Comprehensive Plan?
Over the next year, the Village of Williams Bay will be working on its 10-year update of the Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of the plan is to provide a roadmap for the Village's next twenty years, touching on ten different topic areas that include economic development, land use, transportation, historic preservation, water resources, and several others. In addition, the document contains topic-specific goals, objectives, policies, and recommendations, as well as community-wide vision and an action plan to help prioritize future projects.
