Mindfulness Mondays

Start each week with a positive guided meditation and Learn the 7 attitudes of midfullness. Each week we will review a Mindfullness Attitude and have a guided meditation.
Starts: May 16th, 6 Week Class (No Class May 30).
Time/Location: 8:00-9:00am at Lions Field House
