You can easily request for an absentee ballot online through MyVote Wisconsin by clicking here. You may also make this request in-person at Village Hall during normal business hours or by dropping it in the 24-hour dropbox using the form below. Be sure to include a copy of a proper Photo ID. Acceptable Photo IDs can be found by clicking here.
