Board of Review

The Board of Review for the Village of Williams Bay pursuant to Municipal Code Section 12-1 is comprised of all members of the Village Board. The Board of Review meets during the 45 day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April pursuant to Wis. Stats. 70.47 (1) Property Assessments are the values the Assessor places on taxable real and personal property.

The Village of Williams Bay contracts with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. to provide assessment services.
