Village Clerk

The Village Clerk is responsible for: 

Administration of elections within the Village of Williams Bay for local, state and federal elected offices including recruiting and training Election Inspectors (Poll Workers);

Preparation of Agendas, Agenda Packets and Minutes for all Village Boards and Committees; 

Preparation and preservation of ordinances, resolutions and codification of the Municipal Code; 

Administration of licensing and permits for Liquor Licenses, Operator (Bartender) Licenses, Cigarette and Tobacco Licenses and Dog Licenses;

Preservation of Public Records and responding to Public Record Requests; and 

Secures the Village Official Seal.
