Village of Williams Bay RFP for Downtown Master Plan

The Village of Williams Bay, WI is soliciting proposals for professional services to develop a Downtown Master Plan.

The Village is soliciting consultant proposals for professional services to provide a Master Plan for downtown, lakefront and surrounding area. This request invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for accomplishments of the items of work described. The selected Consultant will develop a Downtown Master Plan that builds upon and compliments the Village’s Comprehensive Plan with focus on public improvements, including parking, streetscape, park and lakefront.

Responses to the RFP (electronic PDF) must be received by the Village of Williams Bay by March 22, 2024 no later than 4:00 PM.
